I am Yu-Po, Liao, I like people call me “believe” as my own personal branding name. My last job is Local Marketing Director at foodpanda in Taiwan. I left the job at Sep. 2012 due to my life planning.
I was born on 14/10/1980 in Taiwan. 6 years ago, I used to be an elementary school teacher for one year. I finished my master degree in Game Design Department at National Taipei University of Education on 2010.
After graduated, I start my own studio, Guji. The service is to design website, and knowledge management based on CMS for companies. At august 2011, I join gt-group (.com.tw) as internet marketing planning specialist for cloud service provide. I learn to operate in the search engine marketing, keyword ads, strategy planning and official website building.
After leaving, soon I joined to a water-proofing Engineering Co., Ltd. (http://www.ark8.com.tw), as the marketing planning manager in Jan 2012. It was a big change from cloud computing to traditional industry. But the main concept of online marketing wasn’t changed, which in addition to lead the online to offline (O2O) concept. We tried to communicate our core value of traditional industry through social network service (SNS) by comics, picture, and info-graphic.
Soon I was invited to join foodpanda.com.tw as a marketing director. I took responsibility to the contact with the Singapore Corporation, and lead my team to interview vendors (foodpandatw.wordpress.com). This new business module serves as the communication between consumers and restaurants. Learning to be a supervisor is another big challenge to me.
Now I am seeking a balance between works and life, and trying to organize my past experience at SEM, SEO, SNS, by building my own site (http://believe.zone). I cook by myself all the time. And I am so sure that I am getting better.
